MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION
Citizens of Ukraine, foreign nationals, and stateless persons who are legally residing in Ukraine, are at least 14 years of age, and recognize and support the Association’s goals and activities may become members of the NGO “Association for Sustainable Development of Healthcare and Palliative Care” (hereinafter referred to as the Association).An application for membership shall be submitted to the Chair of the Association’s Board and shall be reviewed by the Board no later than one month after receipt.Membership takes effect upon the Board’s adoption of the relevant decision. Upon the Board’s decision, members of the Association may be issued membership cards to confirm their membership.
Members of the Association have the right to:
pay admission and membership fees in a timely manner and in full;to receive information about the Association’s activities;to elect and be elected to the Association’s statutory bodies;to submit proposals to the Association’s governing bodies regarding its activities;to appeal decisions, actions, or inaction by the Association’s governing bodies;to terminate their membership by submitting a personal application.
participate in the work of the Organization;comply with the provisions of these Bylaws;carry out the decisions of its governing bodies;promote the dissemination of information about the Organization’s activities;fulfill their obligations to the Organization in a timely manner;conduct educational work to promote the Organization’s programs;
adhere to standards of morality and professional ethics;
promote the Organization’s ideas and goals and contribute to enhancing its prestige;

HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION
The application will be reviewed by the Association’s Board within one month of receipt.

A statement signed with a qualified electronic signature has the same legal force as the applicant’s handwritten signature on a paper document (Part 3 of Article 207 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management”).
